How does priority assignment work?+
A deterministic rule engine evaluates ETB proximity, PSC involvement, request type and explicit urgency flags. Every priority decision is logged with a human-readable reason — maritime auditors prefer explainable logic.
What request types are supported today?+
Bunkering and spare parts RFQs are live. Crew change and provisions request types exist in the data model and ship in Phase 2.
How do you handle PSC inspections?+
Tokyo MOU PSC checklist items are denormalised onto every request at creation time. Items marked blocking prevent assignment until confirmed by a coordinator or waived by a manager with a written reason.
Can we add our own company SOPs?+
Yes. Admins can author and version company SOP compliance templates. Edits are versioned — in-flight requests keep the checklist they were created with, so auditors see exactly what was required at the time.
