How we handle your data

Last updated: May 2026

Who we are

SwiftPier is a maritime operations software company based in Singapore (the data controller for the purposes of this policy). You can reach us at support@swiftpier.com.

What we collect and how

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any passive data collection. The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily send us when you email support@swiftpier.com to request early access — typically your name, company, email address, and any details you include in your message.

Legal basis for processing

We process your contact information on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to your enquiry and assess whether SwiftPier is a fit for your operation. We have balanced this against your privacy interests and concluded that responding to an unsolicited enquiry you initiated does not override those interests.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your early access request and, where relevant, to follow up on the status of our launch. We do not currently send marketing emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for the infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Google Workspace — our email is hosted on Google Workspace. Emails you send to us are processed and stored by Google.
  • Vercel — this website is hosted on Vercel, which may process server-side request metadata (IP addresses, user agents) as part of serving pages. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as we are in active communication with you about SwiftPier. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your rights below).

Your rights

Regardless of where you are based, you can contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data

If you are based in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority — for example, the ICO in the UK or your national DPA in the EU.

If you are based in Singapore, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including the right to access and correct your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@swiftpier.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and data practices evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
